Lead and mentor a team, collaborate with product, engineering, and strategy, and responsibly integrate AI tools to accelerate concepting while maintaining human-centered design. This role emphasizes delivering high-fidelity outputs and measurable business impact across client work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Visual Design across industries.
• 4+ years leading visual design engagements end-to-end.
• 3+ years coaching visual designers and working in cross-functional teams.
• Experience building scalable design systems and branding.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual design direction on engagements from concept to delivery.
• Translate brand strategy and audience insights into visual languages.
• Define creative direction and ensure pixel-perfect outputs.
• Use AI tools to accelerate concepting and production.
