Accenture Song is seeking a Visual Design Associate Manager who elevates craft and leads visual design across brand identities, systems, and digital experiences. You’ll guide concepting, mentor juniors, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast-paced environment that embraces AI as a design catalyst.

You’ll influence aesthetic direction, ensure pixel-perfect outputs, and align visual design with brand strategy while building trusted client relationships.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in Visual Design across brands and platforms.
• Two+ years leading end-to-end visual design engagements.
• Proven ability to produce brand identities, design systems, typography, motion and UI.
• Pixel-perfect deliverables with developer-ready specs.

Responsibilities

• Shape visual design direction across engagements from concept to delivery.
• Translate briefs and brand strategy into compelling visual executions.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to craft resources and AI-enabled workflows.
• Present design rationale to stakeholders and build client presence.
