Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a Visual Design Associate Manager to elevate craft across engagements, shaping visual language and design systems under lead guidance. You’ll mentor juniors, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI as a design enabler to drive brand outcomes.

You will build trusted client relationships, translate strategy into visuals, and ensure high-quality output across touchpoints, aligning with project goals and schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Visual Design across industries and platforms.
• 2+ years contributing end-to-end visual design engagements.
• Brand identities, design systems, typography, motion, and UI work.
• Pixel-perfect deliverables and developer-ready specifications.
• Mentoring junior designers and collaborating in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to visual design direction from concept through delivery with aesthetic cohesion.
• Translate briefs and brand strategy into compelling visual executions.
• Produce high-quality design work across identities, systems, typography, motion, and UI.
• Own workstreams, make design decisions, and deliver production-ready output.
• Use AI tools to accelerate concepting and production and share learnings.
