The analyst will support tours, outreach, and event logistics onsite at Egg Harbor Township. Responsibilities include preparing communications compliant with plain-language and Section 508, maintaining outreach records, and producing reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with eight years relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to conduct guided walking tours across a large technical campus.
• Strong coordination, scheduling, and logistics skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with federal plain-language and Section 508 accessibility requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate visitor requests, tours, and events.
• Conduct guided walking tours across campus.
• Transport visitors to remote laboratories and event locations.
• Maintain outreach records and develop reports.
• Prepare visitor-facing materials and continuity materials.
