Job summary

Changeis is seeking a Senior Technology Transfer & Communications Analyst in Atlantic City, NJ. The role focuses on program planning, analysis, documentation, and communications support for a federal program, with emphasis on technology transfer and outreach.

The analyst will manage CRADAs, track metrics for federal reporting, and administer royalty payments while delivering training to stakeholders and producing technical communications for varied audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a qualifying major.
• Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of aviation programs, issues, and terminology.
• Working knowledge of AP and Government Publishing Office (GPO) style.
• Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Ability to handle sensitive agreement and royalty documentation.
• Occasional travel to workshops, symposiums, conferences, and exhibits.

Responsibilities

• Provide program planning, analysis, documentation, and communications support for a federal program, with primary responsibilities supporting technology transfer, communications, and outreach activities.
• Manage CRADAs (Cooperative Research and Development Agreements).
• Track program metrics for federal reporting and administer royalty payments.
• Deliver outreach and training to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop, edit, and finalize technical and strategic communications products for diverse audiences.
