Changeis, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technology Transfer & Communications Analyst onsite in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. The role focuses on planning, analysis, documentation, and communications for a federal program, supporting tech transfer, outreach, and communications activities.

The position involves managing CRADAs, tracking metrics for reporting, handling royalty payments, and delivering outreach and training to stakeholders. Strong MS Office and AP/GPO style knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a qualifying major.
• Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of aviation programs, issues, and terminology.
• Working knowledge of AP and Government Publishing Office (GPO) style.
• Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Ability to handle sensitive agreement and royalty documentation.
• Occasional travel to workshops, symposiums, conferences, and exhibits.

Responsabilités

• Provide program planning, analysis, documentation, and communications support for a federal program.
• Support technology transfer, communications, and outreach activities.
• Manage CRADAs and track program metrics for federal reporting.
• Administer royalty payments and deliver outreach and training to stakeholders.
• Develop, edit, and finalize technical and strategic communications products for diverse audiences.
