VISIT FLORIDA in Jennings, FL is seeking an Information Specialist to greet visitors, provide maps, and share local insights at the I-75 Welcome Center. This role emphasizes outstanding customer service and front‑counter operations.

You will maintain brochures, assist with refreshments and juice orders, help visitors with directions, and support promotional events while ensuring a clean, welcoming lobby environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills and front-line experience.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and exceptional customer service to visitors of the Welcome Center.
• Greet visitors and provide refreshments at the citrus counter; assist with juice orders.
• Direct visitors to brochures and organize display racks; stock supplies.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and support vending area operations.
• Plan and assist with promotional events and themed-month activities.
