Job summary

The role involves guiding guests on attractions, hotels, events, and merchants, as well as managing phone inquiries and brochure requests.

The ideal candidate will be customer-service oriented and maintain a positive attitude while ensuring the center remains organized and well-presented.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes visitors to the Dublin Visitors Center and provides accurate information on local and regional tourism products, including way-finding, hotels, attractions, merchants and events.
• Keeps the Visitors Center organized and neat, and handles administrative tasks such as answering phones and processing brochure requests.
• Reports directly to the Visitors Center Manager or immediate supervisor.
