Visit Bentonville is seeking a Visitor Experience Host to welcome guests at the Visitor Center and share knowledge of Bentonville’s attractions, lodging, dining, and events. You will assist with inquiries, track interactions, and help maintain inventory and displays.

The role emphasizes hospitality, accuracy with transactions, and a proactive, organized approach in a fast-paced environment. Weekend shifts are required, with opportunities to enhance guest experiences across the community.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Availability Friday, Saturday and Sunday; hours vary with events.
• Professional, positive attitude representing Visit Bentonville.
• Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and familiarity with common office tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge of Bentonville’s tourism offerings.
• Provide friendly support to visitors in person, by phone, and online.
• Track daily visitor interactions and referrals to local partners.
• Maintain welcoming center by organizing brochures and materials.
• Assist with inventory management and storage of visitor guides.
• Update internal databases and systems as needed.
• Enter visitor information into spreadsheets and tracking tools.
• Process sales at the point of sale with accuracy.
• Keep the space clean, organized, and inviting.
