Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driver.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience with cash handling preferred.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and members.
• Manage admissions, memberships, and ticketing inquiries.
• Balance cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Monitor safety and report hazards.
• Assist with events, performances, and shifts.
• Escort visitors and drive museum vehicles as required.
