Job summary

The Momentary seeks a Supervisor, Guest Experience Operations in Bentonville, AR. This on-site role supports the Guest Experience team, ensuring a safe, engaging environment for guests and staff while upholding museum policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in customer service or related industry preferred.
• Driver’s license required.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lead a team while continuing to perform Guest Services Associate tasks.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Guest Experience Associates to ensure excellent guest experience.
• Plan daily operations and coordinate events involving the Guest Experience Department.
• Create and manage daily rotation schedules.
• Train and develop associates; conduct annual reviews.
• Collaborate with other departments and manage communications.
• Oversee cash handling and deposits with management.
