You will coordinate programs, run-of-show documents, and on-site points of contact during events, balancing crowd control, accessibility, and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, public relations, marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of event planning, hospitality, or front-of-house museum operations experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, event-registration systems, and scheduling software.
• Experience with visitor flow, crowd control, ADA/accessibility, event logistics, and post-event feedback/metrics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate visitor-experience operations and front-of-house logistics for events.
• Prepare run-of-show documents and event operating procedures.
• Serve as on-site point of contact during events and enforce building protocols.
• Manage visitor-flow, accessibility, crowd-control, and safety considerations.
• Track costs, collect feedback, and propose process improvements.
