Job summary

InDyne in Patuxent River, Maryland is seeking a Project Support Specialist to perform visitor control and physical security duties. The role operates on-site supporting civil service and contractor personnel at the Atlantic Test Range (ATR).

You will manage visitor check-ins, access to secure areas, and coordinate conference spaces, under supervision of the admin team. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and be willing to work overtime; familiarity with MS Office and SharePoint is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• No experience is required for entry level; 3+ years for II level.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint is expected.
• Must be able to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Control visitors by greeting and checking in facility visitors.
• Provide access to mission control rooms and secure areas.
• Maintain, verify, and update clearance information for customers.
• Schedule conference rooms and monitor vehicle gate access.
• Escort team members into secure areas and provide announcements.
• Provide other administrative support and work under supervision.
