Job summary

InDyne seeks a Project Support Specialist to support visitor control and security functions at the Atlantic Test Range (ATR) in Patuxent River, MD. This full-time, onsite role requires coordination with the Admin Team and adherence to DoD clearance requirements.

Responsibilities include managing access, updating clearance data, scheduling rooms, and providing general administrative support under supervision. Ability to lift 50-100 lbs and occasional overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate office software and basic IT tasks.
• Must be able to pass drug screening and obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all visitors and assist as needed.
• Provide access to mission control rooms and secure areas.
• Maintain clearance records for customers.
• Schedule conference rooms and monitor gate access.
• Escort staff into secure areas and communicate facility announcements.
• Perform administrative support under supervision.
