InDyne is seeking a Project Support Specialist to perform visitor control and security tasks at the Atlantic Test Range in Patuxent River, Maryland. The role is full-time and onsite, supporting the civil service and contractor workforce.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, granting access to secure areas, maintaining clearance records, scheduling meetings, and providing general admin support. Lifting requirements and overtime may be required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• For Project Support Specialist II, a minimum of 3 years of related experience is required.
• Proficiency with office automation equipment and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is expected.
• Must be able to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed for flight test support.
• Must pass drug screening and hold a valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Greet visitors and check in all facility visitors.
• Provide access to mission control rooms and secure areas.
• Maintain and update clearance information for customers.
• Schedule conference rooms and coordinate meetings.
• Monitor vehicle gate access at ATR facility.
• Escort building service team members into secure areas.
• Provide facility-wide page announcements as necessary.
• Provide other administrative support as needed.
• Work under close supervision of senior team lead with quality checks.
