Job summary

InDyne, Inc. is seeking a Project Support Specialist I/II (Visitor Control) to support the Atlantic Test Range in Patuxent River,MD. This onsite role includes greeting visitors, managing access, maintaining clearance data, and coordinating conference room schedules.

The position requires a high school diploma and offers progression from I to II with 0–3 years of related work experience. Availability for overtime and a valid driver’s license are expected attributes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required for I level; II level requires 3+ years of related work experience.
• Proficiency with office automation tools (Word, Excel, PPT, email, SharePoint).
• Must be able to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed for flight test support.
• Must be a team player, self-starter and show initiative with minimal supervision.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in facility visitors and assist as needed.
• Provide access to mission control rooms and secure areas.
• Maintain and verify clearance information for customers.
• Schedule conference rooms and monitor gate access.
• Escort building service team members to secure areas and provide announcements.
• Provide other administrative support as needed.
