Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in statistics and related fields
Facilitate student learning in accordance with DeVry University requirements
Develop course syllabi and lesson plans aligned with course and programmatic objectives
Organize, prepare, revise, and update course materials
Use online technologies and course-related software, including websites, email, and online discussions
Set course expectations, objectives, assignment and examination dates, and evaluation weighting
Ensure exams align with terminal course objectives
Prepare and grade exams consistently and fairly
Provide timely feedback to students
Integrate responsible AI technologies into classroom teaching and learning
Recognize, evaluate, and address appropriate and inappropriate student use of AI tools
Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements

Master’s degree in mathematics or related field with 9 or more graduate hours in statistics, or a master’s degree in electrical engineering
Unofficial graduate-level transcripts must be uploaded with the application
Degree awarded by an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation, or by an internationally equivalent accredited institution
