Teach practitioner-focused courses to undergraduate and graduate students
Facilitate student learning by teaching courses and programs in accordance with DeVry University requirements
Develop course syllabi and lesson plans and apply teaching techniques to achieve course and programmatic objectives
Develop and provide an approved DeVry University syllabus following the local campus template and including terminal course objectives
Organize, prepare, regularly revise, and update course materials
Use online technologies and course-related software, including websites, email, and online discussions
Model effective oral and written communication to engage students and improve learning
Set clear course expectations, including objectives, assignment and examination dates, and evaluation weightings
Ensure exam content and level correspond to course terminal objectives
Prepare and grade exams consistently and fairly and provide timely student feedback
Integrate responsible AI technologies in the classroom
Recognize, evaluate, and address appropriate and inappropriate student use of AI tools in academic work
Complete other duties as assigned
