Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate is required.
• Upload unofficial graduate-level transcripts with the application.
• Degrees must be from an accredited institution as recognized by US DOE, CHEA, or equivalent.
• Additional state licensing/accreditation considerations may apply.
• Faculty must have subject matter expertise and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in instructional technology, digital literacy, and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Develops and provides students with an approved syllabus following campus templates.
• Organizes, prepares, and updates all course materials regularly.
• Uses online technologies and course software to make content accessible.
• Models clear oral and written communication to engage students.
• Publishes clear course objectives, schedules, and evaluation weightings.
• Ensures exams align with course objectives and provides timely feedback.
• Embraces responsible AI use to enhance teaching and learning.
• Addresses appropriate and inappropriate student use of AI tools; completes other duties as assigned.
