Job summary

Razorfish, a member of Publicis Groupe, seeks a VP, Program Management focusing on media to drive cohesive, end-to-end campaigns across digital, social, video and OOH. You will lead delivery teams, oversee large programs, and partner with executive stakeholders to align strategy and execution.

You will mentor other project managers, promote new tools and processes, and ensure flawless governance and performance across client programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program management in a fast-moving digital agency environment.
• Experience managing end-to-end large-scale media programs for one or multiple clients.
• Experience with marketing, product, data & analytics teams and leading MarTech platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, Epsilon).
• Expertise in digital production at scale with revenue responsibility of $15M+.

Responsibilities

• Run and expand a complex media program across multiple agencies and client teams.
• Ensure delivery team organization, operational efficiency, and health of the account(s).
• Staff Delivery teams and manage financials to improve margins.
• Define project methodologies and tailor them per client needs and constraints.
• Lead large client sessions and present to executive-level audiences.
• Align deal structures with client requirements through coordination with client services.
• Protect internal interests with clear scope, assumptions, and third-party dependencies.
