Job summary

Razorfish, Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Program Management with a focus on media integration.

You will lead a delivery organization across digital, social media, video and OOH campaigns, coordinating across internal and client teams to ensure cohesive execution and exceptional value. You will supervise other project managers, drive process improvements, and communicate effectively with executive-level partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program management experience in a fast-moving digital agency environment.
• End-to-end management of large-sized, complex media programs for a client or multiple clients.
• Experience with marketing, product, data & analytics teams and leading MarTech platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, Epsilon and more.
• Expertise in managing digital production at scale and revenue management of $15M+.
• Strong skills in reporting and analysis and strategic planning.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with executive-level partners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Run large and complex media programs through full lifecycle across multiple agencies.
• Ensure delivery team organization, operational efficiencies, and health within the account(s).
• Staffing delivery teams and managing financials to improve margins.
• Define methodologies and tailor them to client needs; train others to scale the approach.
• Establish scope management processes and drive change control discussions with the client.
• Lead teams to adopt new ceremonies, approaches, or tools and govern their use.
• Drive adoption of new tools, processes and methodologies within Razorfish and client teams.
• Identify and address difficult team situations and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and facilitate large sessions with internal teams and clients; communicate to executive audiences.
