StoryPoint Group seeks an Executive Director to lead a senior living community in the United States. You will oversee the resident experience, ensure financial health, and maintain regulatory compliance while modeling servant leadership and a culture of safety, belonging and peace of mind.

You will build strong relationships with residents, families and staff, drive service excellence, support hiring and performance management, and collaborate with leaders to meet community goals.

Qualifications
