LensCrafters at Macy’s is seeking a Store Manager who will lead the LensCrafters operation within the Lexington market. You will own the local store’s performance, drive sales and profitability, and deliver a premier customer experience through high standards and talent development.

The role requires a proven management background, state licensure, and strong business insight. Weekend/evening availability and adherence to policies are expected as you guide a dynamic team toward goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4+ years management or supervisory experience.
• State licensure required.
• Proven track record of delivering results and growth.
• Strong financial acumen and operational analysis.
• Familiarity with retail operations, processes and policies.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Proficient with cash registers, computers, and calculators.
• Excellent command of English for correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Drive KPI improvements and ensure top performance.
• Establish LensCrafters as the leading optical provider in the community.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen to improve sales and profitability.
• Lead continuous improvement and execution of best practices.
• Develop business plans to maximize sales and profits and address issues.
• Recruit, train and coach a high-performing team.
• Staff the store according to needs and budgets.
• Direct visual presentation and brand standards.
• Collaborate with optometrists on co-planning business meetings.
• Engage with local insurance plans and health fairs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage store finances, cash handling, payroll, and inventory.
