Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration.
• Proven ability to lead at all levels of management.
• Demonstrates community commitment.
• Proficiency in computer operations including word processing.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day hospital operations and strategic leadership of patient care, clinical and support services.
• Collaborate with leaders and staff to deliver quality patient care in a cost-effective manner.
• Plan and direct short and long-range objectives/goals to meet financial and non-financial targets.
• Ensure alignment of people, processes, and strategies to achieve business goals.
• Attract, train, develop, and retain talent to meet business needs.
• Drive revenue growth through new business strategies and performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Communicate key information to stakeholders.
