Prime Healthcare Management Inc. is seeking a Chief Executive Officer for one of its facilities to lead day-to-day operations and provide strategic direction in Providence, Rhode Island.

You will work with senior leaders to deliver high‑quality patient care, drive growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and build talent. The role offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration.
• Proven ability to lead at all levels of management.
• Demonstrates community commitment.
• Proficiency in computer operations including word processing.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hospital operations and strategic leadership.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure quality patient care cost-effectively.
• Plan short and long‑term objectives/goals of the company to meet its financial and non-financial goals.
• Ensure synergy between people, processes, and strategies to execute business objectives/goals.
• Attract, train, developing, and retaining talent to ensure business needs are met.
• Drive revenue growth through developing new business strategies to improve overall performance.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and policies.
• Communicate key information to respective stakeholders.
