Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead one of its facilities and oversee overall hospital operations, strategic leadership, and financial performance.

Responsibilities include directing patient care quality, developing long-range objectives, building talent, driving revenue growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and communicating with stakeholders. Requires a Master's in a relevant field, at least five years in healthcare administration, and proven leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration.
• Proven ability to lead at all levels of management.
• Demonstrates community commitment.
• Proficiency in computer operations including word processing.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Overall day to day hospital operations of the hospital as well as the strategic leadership, planning, development, direction, coordination and control of activity within patient care, clinical and clinical support service areas.
• Working collaboratively with leaders and staff to ensure that quality patient care is delivered in a cost-effective manner.
• Planing and directing the short and long range objectives/goals of the company to meet its financial and non-financial goals.
• Ensuring synergy between people, processes, and strategies to execute business objectives/goals.
• Attracting, training, developing, and retaining talent to ensure business needs are met.
• Driving and building revenue growth through developing new business strategies to improve overall performance.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and policies.
• Communicating key information to respective stakeholders.
