You will provide spiritual and organizational leadership, oversee programs, fundraising, partnerships, and growth while building a healthy culture and ensuring accountability, collaboration, and stewardship to sustain long-term impact.

Qualifications

• The Executive Director will provide spiritual and organizational leadership, aligning activities with the ministry's mission, vision, and values.
• Minimum five years of senior nonprofit, ministry, or executive leadership experience.
• Experience leading and developing teams and working with governing boards.
• Fundraising and donor development experience, with strong communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall organizational leadership and ensure alignment with mission, vision, and values.
• Lead and develop a leadership team, fostering a healthy Christ-centered culture and stewardship.
• Oversee fundraising, donor engagement, and annual campaigns; communicate impact to inspire generosity.
• Serve as ambassador and represent the ministry at speaking engagements and in partnerships with churches, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
• Collaborate on budget development and stewardship; expand strategic partnerships to increase impact.
