Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in church leadership or corporate management.
• Strong public speaking and oral communication skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Office of Disciples Women in all its functions and responsibilities.
• Educate and advocate on justice issues, especially women's issues.
• Ensure timely public relations communications regarding Disciples Women's work.

Knowledge of the scope, vision and theology of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ)

Strong written and oral communication skills

Excellent management and team building skills

Strong computer and technology skills

Ability to raise and generate funds for Disciples Women

Experience in congregational and/or regional church leadership

Education

Experience in corporate management may be considered in lieu of church leadership
