Job summary

Fieldstone Counseling seeks an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership, steward organizational health, and advance its mission in Ohio. The role partners with the Board to drive growth, oversee HR and operations, and cultivate key church and donor relationships.

The Executive Director will lead the leadership team, ensure culture alignment with biblical counseling values, and represent Fieldstone externally through speaking and writing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading nonprofit organizations or missions with gospel-centered values.
• Experience supervising directors and aligning teams to priorities and strategy.
• Strong fundraising experience and donor stewardship capabilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Cast organizational vision with gospel-centered values and ensure mission alignment.
• Supervise Fieldstone Directors and lead the Leadership Team for priority execution.
• Oversee HR functions, policies, risk management, and staff alignment with values.
• Cultivate church, ministry, donor, and movement relationships; serve as public representative.
