Qualifications

• Strong calling to pastoral ministry.
• Agreement with church doctrinal statement.
• Proven preaching and pastoral leadership experience.
• Ability to work within a board-governed structure.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Preach biblically grounded sermons that inspire discipleship.
• Provide spiritual vision and leadership with the church board.
• Offer pastoral care, counseling, and weddings/funerals.
• Develop leaders and volunteers to expand ministries.
• Oversee ministry areas and ensure alignment with mission.
• Engage with community and outreach initiatives.
• Ensure governance, accountability, and stewardship.
• Evaluate spiritual health and growth of the congregation.
