The role requires a spiritually mature leader who can inspire residents, staff, and volunteers while expanding fundraising, partnerships, and community engagement to sustain the organization’s work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• Five or more years in nonprofit, social services, recovery, or ministry leadership.
• Proven success in fundraising, donor development, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational, financial, and spiritual leadership.
• Partner with the Board to set goals, monitor outcomes, and ensure accountability.
• Lead fundraising efforts and donor stewardship, representing the organization publicly.
