The Executive Director will engage donors and partners, cast compelling vision, and ensure the ministry remains mission-driven and sustainable for years to come.

Responsibilities

• Champion the vision, mission, and values of LLF.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, Christ-centered team.
• Foster a thriving organizational culture where staff and members flourish.
• Guide the ministry\'s strategic growth and strengthen its Forums.
• Build relationships with donors, leaders, partners, and stakeholders.
• Serve as primary spokesperson and ambassador for the ministry.
