Qualifications

• Proven executive board-facing experience in philanthropy and public service.
• Sophisticated facilitation skills to knit diverse opinions into a programmatic vision.
• Experience leading high-functioning, diverse teams and guiding strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead with the board and staff to align philanthropic vision with TRFF’s mission.
• Oversee development of strategic planning, program initiatives, and accountability frameworks.
• Represent the Foundation publicly to partners, donors, and the community.
