Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration and risk management.

As a hands‑on on-site leader, you will ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns while delivering strong resident service and retention programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent housing industry experience preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred for career advancement.
• Experience with affordable housing assets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the housing community on site.
• Supervise on‑site staff and coordinate leasing, maintenance, and safety.
• Develop annual budgets and monitor financial reports and NOI.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Lead resident relations and retention initiatives to improve satisfaction.
