Blount Fine Foods Corp. is seeking a second-shift technician to ensure the vision system machinery in the Cup Pack out department runs smoothly. Responsibilities include daily maintenance, rapid repairs, and proactive adjustments to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has a year-long certificate or 4–6 years of related experience, with machine maintenance experience preferred and a willingness to learn all aspects of Vision System equipment.

Competenze

• One year certificate from college or technical school required.
• Four to six years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Machine maintenance experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Daily maintenance of all Vision System machines within the Cup Pack out department.
• Repair of any breakdowns during normal production.
• Proactive line adjustments to prevent lost processing time.
• Continuous equipment preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ability to learn all aspects of Vision System equipment and teach others key adjustments.

The pay range for this job is $22.00 to $22.55 per hour.

This position is second shift, 6pm start time.

Summary: Responsible for the continuous and “trouble free” running of the Vision System machines incorporated within the Cup Pack out processing department. In event of absence, position will be filled by adequately trained personnel.

Essential Duties:

• Daily maintenance of all Vision System machines within the Cup Pack out department
• Repair of any breakdowns during normal production.
• Proactive line adjustments, to prevent lost processing time.
• Continuous equipment Preventative Maintenance, in order to eliminate or minimize future processing “down time”
• Ability to learn all aspects of Vision System equipment, with the ability to teach others key primary adjustments.

Education and/or Experience:

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Machine maintenance experience preferred.
