Job summary

Blount Fine Foods in McKinney, Texas, is seeking a full-time packaging associate for the third shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM, Mon–Fri). The role involves handling, labeling and packaging of finished products and strict adherence to GMP, SOPs and Food Safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and all Food Safety policies.
• Must adhere to all allergen control programs and procedures.
• Must report suspicious packages, activities and individuals.
• If monitoring CCPs, must be trained in HACCP and HACCP plans.
