Blount Fine Foods in McKinney, TX is seeking a full-time associate for the second shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM, Monday–Friday) with a $1 shift differential. The role involves handling, labeling and packaging finished products while following GMPs, SOPs and allergen controls. Weekend work may be required based on business needs and you will maintain accurate records.

The pay range for this opportunity is $15.00-15.38/hour.

THIS POSITION IS SECOND SHIFT 2PM-1030PM M-F plus a shift differential of $1.00 for 2nd shift. Please note that weekends may be required based on business needs.

This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities for Food Safety

• Responsible for completing required paperwork accurately and honestly as applicable.
• Must adhere to all corporate GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and all Food Safety policies.
• Must adhere to all Allergen control programs and procedures as applicable.
• Responsible for reporting suspicious packages, activities and individuals.
• If monitoring CCPs (Critical Control Points), must be trained in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and adhere to approved HACCP plan(s).

Positional accountabilities

• 100% adherence to all company GMP e2 a02 a0s (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOP e2 a02 a0s (Standard Operating Procedures); no deviations.
• Ability through training and appropriate time in the position; to run, adjust, breakdown and reassemble appropriate job specific processing/packaging equipment.
• Update Lead or Supervisor on any hindrances to successfully performing your position.
• Immediately notify your supervisor of any recognized issues/failures while performing your position.
