Job summary

Envision, Inc. is seeking a Clinic Office Coordinator to manage clinic flow and daily non-clinical operations within the Envision Vision Rehabilitation Clinic. You will support billing, training, and engagement activities while ensuring HIPAA and other regulatory compliance.

The role includes handling patient scheduling, documentation, referrals, and store-related duties, in a team environment that values integrity, curiosity, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred; experience accepted in lieu of education.
• Minimum of 3–5 years in a medical office setting; ophthalmology/optometry experience preferred; disability population experience helpful.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or optometric practice management system; CompuLink Advantage a plus.
• Experience with insurance billing, invoices and account balancing preferred.
• Retail experience or POS system experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic front end operations, including patient scheduling, check-in/out, and referrals processing.
• Assist with billing, insurance verifications, and patient statements.
• Maintain medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate with Director of Rehabilitation Services and support staff.
