Job summary

Envision in Farmers Branch, TX seeks a Clinic Office Coordinator to manage clinic flow and non-clinical operations under the Director of Rehabilitation Services. You will coordinate patient scheduling, registrations, and reminders, verify insurance, and support billing and enrollment in the clinic setting.

The role requires 3–5 years in a medical office and experience with EMR or practice management systems; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in medical office setting required.
• Experience with EMR or optometric practice management systems preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and medical records confidentiality required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic flow and non-clinical operations under the Director of Rehabilitation Services.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, registrations, and reminders.
• Support billing, enrollment, and grant reporting activities.
• Maintain electronic medical records and provider credentialing.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and process improvements.
