As aPatient Care Coordinator, you'll be the first smile patients see and the friendly voice they hear. You'll help create a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, making every visit feel personal and stress-free.

Pay & Schedule:

• $16-18/hour
• Monday - Friday schedule, NO WEEKENDS!!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Be the welcoming voice on the phone, helping patients with scheduling and questions

• Keep things running smoothly with efficient front desk operations
• Support patient flow with strong multitasking and time management skills

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus!)
