Job summary

Eye Contact Madison West is seeking a friendly, organized Patient Care Coordinator I to be the heartbeat at our front desk. You’ll greet patients, handle scheduling, answer questions, and keep front desk operations running smoothly with warmth and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience, comfort with computers, and a team-oriented attitude. This role offers a guaranteed hourly rate, benefits, and opportunities to grow within a caring eye-care

• Excellent communication and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Pay & Schedule:

• $18-22/hour
• Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm (with flexibility to go to Eye Contact Madison Isthmus location too)

What You'll Be Doing:
