Job summary

Walmart Vision Center is seeking a dedicated leader to drive sales through effective merchandising, pricing, and in-stock levels while supervising Associates and ensuring exceptional Customer Member service. You will oversee asset protection, safety, and quality reviews, guiding action plans to improve performance.

You will educate Members/Customers on eyewear options, obtain measurements and prescriptions, and maintain confidentiality of records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of college OR 1 year retail plus 1 year supervisory experience OR 2 years general work experience including 1 year optical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and/or rules.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in the Vision Center with effective merchandise presentation and pricing.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for Associates in the Vision Center.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, asset protection, and quality assurance reviews.
• Consult with Members/Customers to educate and offer products based on needs and prescriptions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promote belonging.
