Qualifications

• Option 1: Completion of 2 or more years of college.
• Option 2: 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Option 3: 2 years' general work experience, including 1 year's optical experience and high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Leads department sales growth through effective merchandising and pricing strategies.
• Oversees HIPAA-compliant documentation and patient privacy.
• Manages optical measurements, fittings, and lab coordination under supervision.
• Motivates and develops the optical team, supervises performance and staffing.
• Coordinates with labs, suppliers, and optometrists to ensure workflow efficiency.
