Job summary

Qualifications

• One year optical experience with high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Leads department sales growth through merchandising, pricing accuracy, inventory oversight, and seasonal execution.
• Forecasts sales trends and aligns assortments with customer needs and local patterns.
• Oversees optical measurements, fittings, and contact lens education under supervision.
• Leads, coaches, and develops the optical team and ensures credential renewals.
• Promotes HIPAA compliance and maintains accurate patient records.
