Job summary

Walmart Teaticket Vision Center is seeking a full-time optician to drive sales through compelling product presentation, accurate pricing, and strong customer service. You will manage inventory, support forecasting, and ensure compliance with company policies while mentoring Associates.

You will lead community outreach initiatives, uphold safety standards, and contribute to measurable improvements in associate development and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and/or rules.
• 2+ years of college OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience OR 2 years’ general work experience including 1 year’s optical experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Vision Center sales through effective merchandise presentation and pricing.
• Provide customer/member service, educate customers on products, and maintain in-stock levels and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee community outreach, ensure policy compliance, and mentor Associates to deliver service excellence.
