Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician where required.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation and accurate pricing.
• Provides guidance to associates on customer service and resolves customer issues.
• Oversees inventory, signing, and in-stock levels and participates in budgeting and forecasting.
• Educates Members/Customers on products and ensures confidentiality of records.
• Supports Open Door Policy and fosters a sense of belonging and teamwork.
