Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of college or 1 year retail + 1 year supervisory experience.
• 2 years general work with 1 year optical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in Vision Center with effective merchandising and pricing.
• Provide customer service guidance and resolve issues per guidelines.
• Oversee community outreach participation and associate engagement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, asset protection, safety and QA reviews.
• Supervise and develop Vision Center associates.
• Educate Members/Customers on eyewear options and take measurements.
