Responsibilities

• Drive sales in Vision Center with effective merchandising, pricing, signing and inventory management.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for Vision Center associates; hire, train, mentor, assign duties and recognize contributions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, asset protection, safety, and quality assurance; support Open Door Policy and community outreach.

Education

Completion of 2 or more years of college OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience OR 2 years’ general work experience including 1 year’s optical experience

High school diploma or equivalent
