Qualifications

• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales in the Vision Center with effective merchandis­ing, pricing, signing, stock levels and forecasting.
• Models and leads Associates to ensure excellent CustomerMember service per company standards.
• Oversees community outreach and promotes service as good community members.
• Ensures compliance with policies, asset protection, safety controls, and program execution in the Vision Center.
• Supervises and develops Associates through training, mentoring, and recognition.
• Consults with MembersCustomers to provide quality eyewear and accurate measurements.
