Qualifications

• Completion of 2+ years of college or equivalent work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and/or rules.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation including accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing and in-stock levels.
• Models and enforces customer/member service approaches to ensure needs and issues are resolved within Company guidelines.
• Oversees implementation of community outreach and supports associates in serving the community.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for Vision Center and protects assets and safety controls.
• Supervises and develops Vision Center associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties and recognizing contributions.
• Provides guidance on selecting products based on member/customer needs and performs measurements and maintains confidentiality of information.
• Coordinates and oversees related activities, builds relationships with stakeholders, and promotes accountability and progress.
